In 2019, we started switching from Styrofoam trays to the hard plastic BKX trays. Where the Styrofoam tray was suitable for single use, the BKX tray can be reused, serving the environment better. Our customers can return all the trays delivered to them using a deposit system. Each tray has a unique RFID tag, so we can trace where the trays go, and the process is transparent.
